POST api/Agent/AgentIsVerifyCode

手机号码或手机号尾数（后四位），此手机号必须是在供应商处开立账户时设置的（每个代理商可以留存两个手机号，此尾数必须是此手机号其中一个的尾数或全号(注意，手机号为要+86字样，中间不要'-'符)。
